Joseph Muccio III

Joseph Muccio is an associate in the firm’s construction group. Joseph brings experience representing domestic and foreign auto manufacturers, distributors, and dealerships in commercial litigation disputes involving a wide variety of breach of contract, breach of warranty, consumer protection, and fraud disputes across multiple states. He previously served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Cecelia G. Morris, Chief Judge at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Joseph earned a B.A., cum laude, from University of Miami, and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia and Florida.
