Robin specializes in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and facilities matters, with extensive experience in retail facilities. Her work includes drafting and negotiating leases, build-to-suit agreements, sale and leaseback transactions, purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts, mixed-use development projects, dispute resolution, alternative energy agreements, access and license agreements and easements. Robin represents commercial and residential lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. She has served in both law firm and in-house roles, most recently counseling clients in a national office products company providing her experience in retail, warehouse and office leasing, and dispositions/acquisitions of real property.
