Tom’s practice focuses on the representation of general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, owners, suppliers, and developers in construction-related matters, including in mediation, arbitration and litigation. His experience includes drafting a wide variety of construction and service contracts for both commercial and private entities. He has also handled a wide range of matters relating to the various issues that face construction projects including bidding, payment, delays, performance, termination, bond claims and mechanic’s liens.
