On behalf of North Carolina Association for Biomedical Research Research Misconduct & Integrity Chair Elizabeth J. McEvoy will join an esteemed panel to explore enforcement activity related to potential non-disclosure of foreign affiliations since the Biden Administration took over. They will also discuss what Universities and researchers can do to mitigate risk of criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement actions resulting from non-disclosure of information in connection with federal grants.
