Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Jeremy P. Siegel to the firm as an associate in the Corporate & Business Transactions Practice Group. Jeremy’s wealth of experience includes supporting startups and emerging growth companies with venture capital financings and mergers & acquisitions transactions. Based in our Boston office, Jeremy brings practical and constructive solutions to clients, the practice, and the firm.

Jeremy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management from Roger Williams University, and earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Prior to joining Hinckley Allen, he gained valuable experience as a Corporate Associate at Morse, Barnes-Brown, & Pendleton, P.C. He enjoys working with clients as they navigate the challenges and opportunities that arise during the lifecycle of a business.
