Recognized trial lawyer strengthens firm’s litigation and intellectual property capabilities
Hinckley Allen is pleased to announce that veteran litigator Ned Sackman has joined the firm as a partner in its Manchester, New Hampshire office. Ned joins the firm’s Litigation practice, bringing more than two decades of experience representing businesses in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and dealer and franchise matters.
Ned has successfully represented in high-stakes disputes involving breach-of-contract claims, business torts, restrictive covenant disputes (non-compete and non-solicitation), and business divorces. Ned also works with auto and equipment dealers on franchise termination protests, add point disputes, and consumer litigation. In the area of intellectual property, Ned advises on trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation, including frequent matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

He currently serves as Chair of the Copyright Law Committee for the American Intellectual Property Law Association and is known for providing practical, results-oriented counsel to businesses facing complex legal challenges.
