He has extensive experience with regulatory and accreditation issues, ethical, and patient-care concerns, including confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, fraud and abuse compliance issues, reimbursement issues, multi-provider organizations matters, and medical staff and professional licensing matters. Michael provides advice on corporate governance, non-profit, and general business law matters, and assists clients in conducting internal investigations and responding to inquiries from governmental authorities. In addition, he has substantial experience drafting legislation and regulations.
