Hinckley Allen is proud to announce that it has been recognized with a 2025 Worksite Health Award by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (“BCBSRI”) and the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce (“the Chamber”). The 2025 Worksite Health Awards celebrated 48 Rhode Island companies and spotlighted best practices in health, mental wellness, and organizational culture.

“Our firm remains deeply committed to fostering employee well-being. We’re grateful to BCBSRI and the Chamber for this recognition, which demonstrates the importance of providing a healthy, supporting workplace that meets our employees’ dynamic needs,” said Patrick A. Rogers, Managing Partner at Hinckley Allen.

The firm takes a holistic view of health, and 2025 programming highlights included:

  • Firm-wide Wellness Week”—featuring sleep and step challenges, stress‑management workshops, and mindfulness sessions.
  • Enhanced mental‑health programming, integrating confidential counseling, financial‑wellness tools, and on-site wellness resources.
  • “Fit at Work” initiatives, including subsidized fitness memberships, lunchtime walking clubs, and in-office health screenings.

The recognition reflects the firm’s ongoing investment in fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes well-being, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Hinckley Allen remains focused on meeting the varied needs of its workforce and maintaining its longstanding commitment to excellence in the legal industry.

This year’s honorees were celebrated at an in-person awards ceremony on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at the Crowne Plaza’s Garden Pavilion in Warwick.
