Hinckley Allen Trusts & Estates Group Ranked in Chambers & Partners High Net Worth Guide 2024


Hinckley Allen’s Trusts & Estates practice group has once again been recognized as a top leading firm for wealthy individuals and families by Chambers & Partners High Net Worth (HNW) Guide for 2024. In addition to the group receiving a Band 1 ranking, three individual partners were also ranked, including Leon C. Boghossian III, Doris J. Licht, and Paul A. Silver.

Boghossian has been ranked in the Private Wealth Law Band 2 category since 2021. He advises clients on wealth transfer plans and related tax matters. In addition, Boghossian is skilled at piercing through the facts and complexities of most cases to simplify issues and create a path to a successful and economical conclusion while preserving family unity when inheritances are in dispute.

Since 2016, Licht has been ranked in the Private Wealth Law Band 1 category. With her client-centered focus, Licht works with individuals to craft sophisticated plans designed to take advantage of tax savings strategies while ensuring that their plans reflect their objectives. Licht also works with fiduciaries of estates and trusts, taking advantage of post-mortem strategies when appropriate to ensure tax-sensitive and efficient estate and trust administration.

Silver has been ranked in the Private Wealth Law, Band 2, since 2019. He advises high-net-worth clients on a range of tax-related matters, including charitable gift planning and general trust and estate planning and administration. Silver’s practice also includes work in personal income taxes and other individual-related legal issues.
