Hinckley Allen is proud to announce that Jared L. Shwartz has been selected to receive the Excellence in the Law Award in the “Up & Coming Lawyers” category. Presented by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, the Excellence in the Law Awards honors the very best professionals in the Massachusetts legal community. Jared will receive the award during the awards ceremony, May 2, 2019, in Boston.

As an Associate in Hinckley Allen’s Corporate & Business group, Jared advises businesses on a wide variety of matters, including governance, entity choice and formation, commercial real estate issues, mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions. Jared is also a member of the firm’s Health Care group. In this capacity, he advises medical providers on transactional matters and advises medical clients on certain regulatory issues.

Jared’s recognition in the “Up & Coming Lawyers” category ranks him among a select group of rising stars of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) who have been practicing and admitted in the MBA for 10 years or less, yet have distinguished themselves in the practice of law.
