St. Louis Business Journal Honors Ann Hatch as One of Region’s Most Influential Business Women

Hinckley Allen is proud to announce that Litigation Partner Ann Hatch has been named one of the St. Louis Business Journal’s 2026 Most Influential Business Women, an honor recognizing exceptional women leaders whose vision, leadership, and service are making a lasting impact on the St. Louis region.

For more than 45 years, Ann Hatch has built a distinguished trial practice representing manufacturers, distributors, and businesses in complex product liability, toxic tort, and personal injury litigation. Throughout her career, she has become known for her thoughtful advocacy, practical counsel, and ability to guide clients through their most challenging legal matters.

Since joining Hinckley Allen in 2024, Ann has played a central role in the firm’s continued growth, helping launch its St. Louis Metro/Madison County office and assembling an accomplished team of attorneys and legal professionals. Her leadership has expanded the firm’s presence in one of the country’s most significant jurisdictions for product liability and toxic tort litigation while strengthening its ability to serve clients throughout the Midwest and beyond.

Beyond her legal practice, Ann has dedicated decades to serving her community through leadership roles with the Land of Lincoln Legal Aid, CASA of Southwestern Illinois, The Teen Court Foundation of St. Clair County, and St. Vincent de Paul. Her commitment to expanding access to justice and supporting vulnerable members of the community has earned her numerous honors, including the Missouri Lawyers Weekly ICON Award, the Illinois Bar Foundation’s Distinguished Service to Law & Society Award, and the Judge Richard A. Hudlin Memorial Award for Community Service. She also made history as the first woman to serve as president of the St. Clair County Bar Association.

Established in 1999, the annual Most Influential Business Women Awards celebrate outstanding women whose professional accomplishments and community leadership are driving meaningful change. More than 530 women have been recognized through the program over the past 25 years.

Ann will be honored alongside 24 other distinguished business leaders during the St. Louis Business Journal’s 2026 Most Influential Business Women Awards on Thursday, August 13, at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis.
