Hinckley Allen Partner John R. Pariseault Named Clerk of Moses Brown Alumni Association Board of Directors

Hinckley Allen is proud to announce that John R. Pariseault, a partner in the firm’s Providence and Boston offices, has been named Clerk of the Moses Brown Alumni Association (MBAA) Board of Directors. A 1997 graduate of Moses Brown, John previously served as Assistant Clerk for the past three years and will now help lead the 24-member board in advancing the school’s mission and strengthening alumni engagement. In addition to this role, John also serves on the school’s Board of Trustees.

Founded in 1784, Moses Brown School is a Quaker independent, co-educational, college preparatory school in Providence, serving students from nursery through high school. Its alumni association funds programs and events that inspire, educate, and connect the school’s more than 5,600 alumni worldwide. Grounded in Quaker values, the association fosters meaningful connections and celebrates the pride of the Moses Brown community.

As a proud parent to two current Moses Brown students, John looks forward to continuing to provide meaningful opportunities for professional and personal development for the full alumni community.

John has been with Hinckley Allen for over 20 years. He counsels clients in the acquisition, development, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate throughout the Northeast. His practice includes negotiating ground leases, retail and office leases, and structuring complex real estate joint ventures. He also regularly advises developers on navigating the complex land use regulations that govern large-scale commercial projects. In addition to his legal practice, John’s involvement with Moses Brown highlights his strong integration into the communities in which he practices, reflecting his enduring commitment to leadership, service, and giving back.

Hinckley Allen congratulates John on this appointment and celebrates his ongoing contributions to both the firm and the broader community.
