Hinckley Allen Counsel Named Co-Chair of BBA Ethics Committee

Hinckley Allen is pleased to announce that Counsel Lauren E. Dwyer has been selected as a co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Ethics Committee. From the BBA:

The BBA Ethics Committee issues written opinions from time to time in response to members’ questions and questions raising issues of general interest. The Committee also informally advises members who raise ethical questions and concerns, on a confidential basis if requested.

Lauren serves as Counsel to Hinckley Allen’s Litigation group. She focuses on complex business litigation and white collar criminal defense. Lauren has particular experience in various forms of civil and criminal fraud and issues facing licensed professionals when addressing allegations of misconduct, including attorneys and law firms. She has litigated matters involving corporate and employee misconduct, commercial fraud, breach of contract, unfair business practices, employment related claims, and complex partnership and family disputes in both state and federal court, as well as internal corporate investigations, in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, construction, and accounting.
